Channel Territory (Aceh, Padang-Bengkulu-Jambi, Palembang, Palu & Kendari, NTB & NTT, Irian Jaya) :
- Developing new dealers and maintaining existing dealer base by increasing sell-out quantity,
- Building high value dealer relationship by providing training and value information,
- Handling dealer requests, enquiries, meeting, complaints, and all sorts of samples,
- Implementing dealer sales promotion program,
- Surveying price, promotion and channel map of Information Technology industries in assigned territory.
- Gather and analysis market information
- Co-work with headquarter to define product strategy and roadmap for Indonesia
- Manage to hit sales quantity and profit goal
- Design product sales kit and perform training to related people
- Co-work with marketing and sales closely to grow brand awareness and sell out
- Monitor sell-out and inventory closely
- Manage and push to solve all product related issues (service, logistic, operation, etc.)
- Other manager requirement if any
- Data Analysis
- Compile reports and make summary/analysis of the reports
- Calculate program rebate/incentives
- Channel Program
- Maintain data in the system
- Assist team for general issue

As programmer to
- Set up some simple program/system using excel/vb/access/database software if any in administration part, PM part, sales part, HR part, marketing part
- Continious improvement for the program/system (always try to find the most efficient way)
- Do the server/NAS maintanance, data migration, data maintanance
- assist the team for installation, virus checking(anti virus update), etc
- Networking checking, printer checking, etc
- Security for the data in the NAS/server
- Make small application for facebook
- Make small application for micro site
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or program in order to persuade potential customers to join the programs or sell in the products
- Contact customers by telephone and email in order to promote our products or program
- Explain products or program and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information and enter data into computers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through some announcement.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in related study from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA : 3.0 out of 4.
- Able to work hard & under pressure.
- Computer literacy (especially in Ms. Excel for Sales Administration position).
- Well experiences in related field.
- Chinese language understanding would be an advantage.
- Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta or domicile in assigned territory for Channel Territory position.
- For Channel Territory position : Highly sales driven, independent, energetic & understand local IT market.
